I'm Jen, your yoga teacher.

As the founder of Mums' Yoga Club, I've taught hundreds of mums to feel stronger and calmer in motherhood and to support them through the stages of motherhood. 

I love working with mums to feel more confident in motherhood in both their body and mind and to let them know that they are supported and have a safe space to turn to when they need it.

Mums' Yoga Club started as a yoga studio in Essex just for mums, and has now expanded to an online platform that is impacting the lives of so many mums all over!

I know how it feels to go through pregnancy, postnatal and beyond (I have two of my own young kids) and I know how having the support of a trained teacher and the magic of a community of mums can completely transform your experience.
